What is the China Tea Expo in Beijing?
China Tea Expo is the largest professional tea
expo in China, and the only tea fair approved
by the Ministry of Commerce, China, as well. It
was established in 2004, now it covers the exhibition
space of 11,000 square meters and more than 200
companies exhibit, mainly from tea producing countries
and China. The visitors has doubled each year,
and in 2006, the amounts reach 15，000 in 4 days.
In 2007, it will take place from Otc 14 – 17,
in the world trade center of Beijing.
2. Does the visitors pay for the fair?
We do not charge for professional visitors.
3. How does the professional visitors
apply to the visitor card ?
The visitors should initially apply to the CTE
organizing committee by e-mail or register online.
A digital confirmation will released to the professional
visitors. When you register on site, you should
submit the visitor ticket and 2 name cards before
issuing a visitor card.
4. How to participate in other related
events and activities in CTE 2007.
You can online application or write e-mail to
us. For some doubts, please call us directly.

5. For the foreigners, do you help applying
the VISA into China?
Yes, please enter into the visitor registration
part first to upload your personal information
for VISA application. We will fax or mail you
the invitation letter to China 20 to 50 days prior
to your entering date. From Oct 1, we will not
receive any application for VISA letter any longer.
6. How to exhibit in CTE 2007?

3. Receiving the invoice, remitting, and preparing
for the booth decoration
4. Receiving the exhibitor brochure
5. Registering on site and booth decoration, move-in

7. How do the exhibitors register on site?
On Oct 12,13, the exhibitors will report on site
in the exhibition center with two name cards and
exhibitor invitation letter.
8. How the exhibitors take the most advantage
of CTE information services?
Website Publication: By years of accumulation,
we have established a comprehensive data base
for China tea industry, and the cooperation with
the world’s major tea events, tea boards, important
agencies, research centers, and specialists have
strengthened our information power. We now provide
the exhibitors of 2004-2006 with the free on-line
introduction for their new products and trade
requirement. If the exhibitors intend to disseminate
among the customers all over the world their company’s
information, you can upload online and publish
it after the confirmation of the CTE organizing
committee in 48 hrs.
Meanwhile, the bilingual newsletter (Chin/Eng)
will be released monthly according to the sources
in our database.
Diretory: in 2007, all the exhibitors will be
given the free registration of company information
in the Directory. 5

9. What are the other important services
for the tea expo?
