A. All the application forms
should be returned to the organizing comittee before
Aug 31, 2004.
An extra 30% surcharge will be imposed on any on-site
rental of the furniture and electric
appliances,
B. The contract is only encertained when the full
payment and application forms are all confirmed
by the committee
Please attatch the company name and booth number
to the remittance.and fax the complete remittance
to the:(86-10-64283382)
C. The exhibitor should try to keep that all
the rental objects intact. If there is any damage,
please repay the loss.
D. All electrical installation are to be carried
out by the official contractor ONLY.
E. The exhibitors are prohibited to use the MULTIPLUG
ADAPTOR.
F. All electritity power point installed are
for applicance use ONLY, not for lighting. If
exhibitors or non-official contractors bring their
own spotlight/fluorescebt tubes for booth decoration,they
must submit all lighting distribution details
and pay for the lighting connection charges to
the official contractor.
G. Connectors of joints and wiring from the power
point to their exhibits/machinery are to be provided
by exhibitors.
H. The Booth should not be covered ahead. |
