¡¡The second
session of China Tea Expo took place from Oct 9
to 12, in the World Trade Exhibition Center, Beijing.
It has been by far the biggest and only international
scale tea exhibition in China approved by the Ministry
of Commerce, and also is co-sponsored by the Trade
Development Bureau of Ministry of Commerce, China
National Native Produce and Animal By-products Imp.
& Exp. Corp., and Sunry Exhibition and Advertising
Co.,Ltd.
¡¡The second session has achieved a big advance in
terms of the space, impact on the trade, and the
visiting rate of the professional buyers. The famous
domestic companies presenting in the exhibition
include China Tea, Zhejiang Tea , Shanghai Tiantan,
Tianfu Tea Shop, Zu Ye Qing in Sichuan, Qian Xiang
in Xiamen, Intel¡¯ Food, Hailey Co. in Guangdong,
Jinhuitong of Shanghai, Nanfeng Mechanics of Luoyang,
Shengtang Guyi Design, Menghai Pu¡¯er Factory in
Yunnan, Longrun Corp., Wuzi Green Tea in Shan¡¯xi,
Uni-president Enterprises Corp., Yunfang Tea Garden
in Taiwan.
¡¡The traditional tea counties also organize exhibitor
groups to display as the regional brand. Such groups
include the Yunnan Group, Simao Group, Jiangxi Group,
Shandong Group, Beijing Maliandao Tea Street, and
Zhejiang Group. The international exhibitors were
mainly from India, Sri Lanka, Germany, Italy, Korea,
USA, Japan, Taiwan, etc. Among the 40 international
companies, we have won the loyalty such as the Italy
IMA, Teepack, and the major tea countries.
The big buyers such as the Twining and Finlay, Woolenhaupt
Germany, Sundry Japan,Byes Turkey, Mido Sutan, all
sent their representatives to explore the Chinese
market.
